This Privacy Policy explains how Hong Kong E-Gain Technology Limited, operating FIVE WITHIN (“FIVE WITHIN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you visit fivewithin.com, use our Bazi chart tool, or interact with future forms and services. FIVE WITHIN is currently an educational website; checkout and paid ordering are not active.

1. Information you provide

The Bazi tool asks for a birth date, birth time, birthplace, time zone, and calculation settings. In the current version, these inputs are processed locally in your browser to generate a chart. The Bazi feature does not intentionally transmit or save those birth details to FIVE WITHIN servers. Please do not send birth details through a general contact request.

If contact, newsletter, account, reading, or checkout features are activated later, the relevant form will identify the information requested and its purpose before collection. This Policy will be updated before any materially different data use begins.

2. Information collected automatically

Our WordPress.com hosting and enabled Jetpack features may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, referring and visited URLs, timestamps, language, approximate location, cookie identifiers, and interaction or performance data. The exact data depends on features enabled by the hosting platform. See Automattic’s Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Jetpack Privacy Center.

3. Why information is used

  • to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
  • to understand aggregate site performance;
  • to prevent abuse and comply with law;
  • to respond to a request when a working contact channel is enabled; and
  • to provide a feature or transaction only after appropriate notice and consent.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Required, preference, analytics, performance, and—if later enabled—advertising technologies may be used by WordPress.com, Jetpack, or other disclosed providers. See our Cookie Policy. A consent or preference mechanism must be configured before non-essential tracking is intentionally added.

5. Sharing, sale, and service providers

We use hosting and infrastructure providers to operate the site. FIVE WITHIN has not activated a program to sell visitors’ personal information. Platform processing can vary by enabled WordPress.com or Jetpack features; we will identify additional processors before activating forms, commerce, payments, email marketing, or targeted advertising. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.

6. Retention and security

Birth inputs handled locally by the current Bazi tool are not retained by that feature. Hosting logs and statistics are retained under provider settings and policies. Any future directly collected information will be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for its stated purpose, legal duties, security, and dispute resolution. No system is completely secure.

7. Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. We will not discriminate for exercising applicable rights. See Delete My Data & Privacy Choices. Where legally required and technically supported, recognized opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control will be honored. Implementation must be verified before this page is published.

8. Children

The site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, use the verified contact method that will appear below.

9. International visitors

The site may be accessed internationally and providers may process information in countries other than yours. Applicable safeguards and rights depend on location and provider arrangements.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy and will change the date above. Material changes will receive appropriate notice.
