Bazi tool entries

The current Bazi feature calculates in your browser and does not intentionally transmit or save the birth date, birth time, birthplace, time zone, or calculation setting you enter. To clear the visible result, close or reload the page. You generally do not need to send us those birth details for deletion.

Other website data

WordPress.com, Jetpack, browser cookies, server logs, comments, forms, subscriptions, or future account and commerce tools may process other information. You can delete cookies through your browser. For information controlled by a platform provider, provider controls and policies may also apply.

Request types

Where applicable, you may ask to know, access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information, or opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. We may need to verify that a requester is the person concerned or an authorized agent. Some information may be retained where law permits or requires, including for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, and transaction records.

How to make a request

Email service@fivewithin.com. State the request type and the email or account identifier relevant to the interaction. Do not include your full birth date, birth time, government identification, financial information, or a Bazi chart unless specifically and securely requested for verification. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension or denial.
