These Terms govern access to fivewithin.com and its educational articles and chart tools. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Educational and cultural scope

FIVE WITHIN presents Bazi, the Five Phases, Yin-Yang, Chinese calendrical concepts, and related traditions for cultural education, self-reflection, and entertainment. Content and chart outputs are interpretive frameworks, not facts about an individual and not guaranteed predictions.

No professional advice

The site is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, employment, or crisis advice. Do not use it to diagnose, treat, decide whether to seek care, make high-stakes financial or legal decisions, or determine another person’s safety or worth. Consult an appropriately qualified professional.

Permitted use

You may use the site for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at a volume that impairs service, reverse engineer protected components except where law permits, misuse another person’s birth information, or republish substantial content as your own.

Birth information and other people

Only enter another person’s birth information if you have a lawful basis and their appropriate permission. Avoid using chart interpretations to label, discriminate against, hire, fire, screen, insure, lend to, or make consequential decisions about anyone.

Intellectual property and sources

Site design, original editorial content, compilation, and branding are protected by applicable rights. Traditional concepts and public-domain source texts are not claimed as exclusive property. Third-party software and datasets remain subject to their own licenses. See our Sources & Schools Note.

Third-party services

Links and embedded services may be operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control or endorse every third-party statement.

Availability, accuracy, and changes

We aim for clarity but do not promise that all content, translations, calculations, or services will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. Traditional schools and calculation conventions can differ. We may change or discontinue content and features.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied guarantees. FIVE WITHIN is not responsible for decisions made solely from site content or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Orders and paid services

When checkout becomes available, the product or service page and checkout will show the price, material terms, shipping charge, and any applicable customization choices before payment. An order is not accepted until confirmation is issued. We may reject or cancel an order for an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, legal restriction, or inability to supply; any amount collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Physical orders ship from Beijing, China. Standard, non-customized merchandise is normally handed to the carrier within 72 hours after payment and order confirmation. Customized merchandise is normally handed to the carrier within 15 business days after payment and order confirmation. “Business days” means Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed by the Beijing fulfillment location. Eligible physical-goods orders of US$100 or more receive free standard shipping; orders below the threshold are charged the third-party USPS standard rate shown at checkout. Cross-border carriage may include a logistics-provider handoff to USPS.

Personalized Bazi readings and consultation services are prepared from customer-supplied information. A full refund may be requested before a practitioner is assigned or analysis begins. Once analysis has begun, an oral answer has been provided, or an electronic report has been delivered, the service is not refundable for change of mind, subject always to non-waivable rights for non-delivery, material non-conformity, duplicate or unauthorized charges, or other rights required by law.

Customized jewelry cannot be cancelled for change of mind after the design is confirmed and production begins. Standard jewelry may be returned within 30 days after delivery if all eligibility conditions are met. The detailed rules in our Shipping & Returns Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

Operator, governing law, and contact

FIVE WITHIN is operated by Hong Kong E-Gain Technology Limited. These Terms and any contract formed through the site are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without excluding mandatory consumer protections or other rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive. No exclusive venue clause is imposed by this version. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues where legally permitted.
