Accessibility Statement

FIVE WITHIN wants its cultural and educational content to be usable by as many people as practical. Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time certification.

Our direction

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our current design and testing target. Work may include semantic headings, keyboard access, visible focus, meaningful link text, text alternatives, sufficient contrast, responsive layouts, form labels, and clear error messages.

Known limitations

Some third-party WordPress, embedded video, social, chart, or legacy components may not yet fully meet that target. Automated checks cannot identify every barrier. No statement on this page should be read as a guarantee that every page or third-party service is fully conformant.

Feedback and assistance

Please tell us the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, the browser or assistive technology used if relevant, and the problem encountered. Do not include birth details or other unnecessary sensitive information. We will make a reasonable effort to respond and provide an accessible alternative where feasible.
